Gadget Corner:

Web site feeds our simultaneous needs for therapy and voyeurism

Every week thousands of strangers across the country tell Frank Warren their deepest secrets.

No, Warren isn't some advice guru with a relationship column. He's just a dude living in Germantown, Md. who started a blog called Post Secret as a community art project. The idea was that strangers could create post cards revealing their secrets, mail them to Warren and he would post a new batch of the cards every week.

It's a simple concept, but the site has since sparked a book deal, and so many people now send in their secrets, Warren can't post all of them.

Apparently a lot of people have a lot of painful things to get off their chests.

The post cards range from cynical: "He's falling in love, but I've been planning to break his heart since we met," to hopeful: "I'm single but this is going to be the best Valentine's Day ever."

Scope the site on Sunday's when new secrets are posted.
